Roulette - Strategy
Taking as reference the distribution of the numbers on the wheel, the aim is to cover the greatest possible number with the minimum number of chips:
Neighbouring number: The bet is placed on a number chosen on the wheel and the numbers on either side, i.e. its Neighbours. E.g. if a bet is placed on 0 and a Neighbour, then the bet would be on the 0, the 26 and the 32, respectively. If it is placed on the 0 and two Neighbours, then the bet would cover the numbers 0, 32, 26, 15 and 3, respectively.
The most classic combinations, and those which cover the most numbers on the table, are:
Neighbours of 0: With nine chips you can cover seventeen numbers 0 and its Neighbours:
Third: With six chips a total of twelve numbers can be covered. The bet is made on the numbers in the zone marked on the roulette wheel. In this case, the bets are split.
Orphans: With five chips you can play eight numbers. The bet is made on numbers in zones marked on the roulette wheel. In this case, the bets can be made straight, with eight chips, one on each number, or with five chips and Split.
