Roman steam bath with aroma and chromo-therapy
The Roman bath is characterized by an extremely high level of humidity (above 90%) and a temperature of about 45°C. While inhaling the warm steam, infused with the aromas of a variety of essences and herbs, your lungs are purified. Ideal for women with inelastic capillaries and for all those who don’t tolerate high temperatures.
Finnish Sauna
After warming up in a Laconium - Roman Sauna heated with dry, hot air, cool down with a cold shower or an icy massage. In the Finnish sauna temperature rises up to approximately 90°C, whereas moisture is lower. Induces perspiration and subsequent toxin elimination. Water poured on the hot stones produces an additional gush of steam, enhancing further perspiration.
